1. Eligibility

• By using QueueMe, you represent that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

• To use QueueMe, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

• QueueMe allows you to share and discover music with other users.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to:
  • Post content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the App in unauthorized ways.

4. Content

• You are responsible for the content you share on QueueMe.
• By posting content, you grant QueueMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at team@queueme.me.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• QueueMe is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We make no warranties that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueMe LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of QueueMe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
